Keen Eye Improvement

Humans - Keen eye will now add +3 onto accessories and then +2 attack every upgrade thereafter.

Devils - Keen eye will now add +2 onto accessories and then +2 attack every upgrade there after.

Poison Accessory Boost

All poison accessories now have a 3% chance of proc rather than the previous 2%.
