Us users can submit videos as donations and you could enable monetisation which could be used to go back into the server. It's also free advertising, YouTube is a massive platform to advertise on and a great way of making a bit of extra money to go towards the server. NOTMAT	If you play in a window, which surely most people do? Just click on produce and hold it down, then alt+tab and it will keep crafting.
