Crafting

I know I am new to the server, but when I am standing in TYT all the time, all I see people doing is asking for SR all the time, dura doesn't last very long in my opinion, after 1 hunt after an hour or two my dura has gone, maybe that's what it is like being a low level but it might be the same with a high level too? If a high level could also correct me if I am wrong or not that would be nice.

So after all the rates have been increased I would like to propose an idea of crafting rates being increased as well, this will make people more interested in getting their crafting up and less people standing around asking for SR and more people hunting/farming or doing whatever they want to do. Maybe this will encourage guilds to fight each other more because they are less worried about their dura on gear.

Just an idea I thought of :)

With a ''sell all items'' in 1 go to be introduced soon.. That will make crafting much much easier ;p

Yes but you still need to create 40k+ items just for level 70 crafting. I am not sure how long that takes but sounds very boring imo and when will this system come into place? Next patch? Or not for a while?

have always found it silly that you need 200 craftin skill for a measly 4 SR

you get 100 skill, which is a pain in the *** imo, and get 1 SR, do the effort to get 70 in another craft and you can SR another piece weap/armor but still only once per day

id of liked either more SR or at least 1 weap SR and 1 armor Sr for having 100 weap 70 armor pre day

The simple solution for this to me is alter how many you get.

Most people who have crafted and getting the sr are probably going to use it on themselves which is understandable.

Maybe as previously mentioned if you get 70 in another skill you can get another SR for only those skilled. So if you have 100 in armour and 70 weapon you can SR only those. But get 70 in access and can do that too. Then getting 1 skill to say 150 gives you another.

So if you have 150 armour 70 wep/access you would have a total of 4 SR.

More is needed if you went to hunt in good gear and say 2 bows for the dura. You're looking at needing 6 SR yourself after a good farm session. And if you have put in the huge amount of time and only get 2 SR per 4 hours? It is 12 hours worth to repair it all. And that's not even including selling any to others.

Very good point, imo.

However I also meant make crafting easer, give it double exp or something because crafting is boring tbh, just farming crafting just to get those SR is a real grind and you need to make 40k+ items just to even get to 70 on the guide (http://gotsocial.co.uk/soma/craftguide.php) if it is correct or not I have no idea. So encourage more players to get crafting will mean more SR for players which means less players looking hours for SR.

Edit: Because look at the GVW for example, how many level 60+ need SR for their weapons, Hero armor, high level upgraded gear just to get ready for the GVW or even WotW, if SR are more easier to come by, then maybe it will encourage people not to worry about "dura" and go out and fight.
