Is it possible to make ... wearing items before you getting base stats like you got 89dex but you got 4dex extra from jewelry, so you can equip Stinger while it requires 93 dex? but you base stat is 89

No lol. Can you imagine Dl with all there +8 stat accessories, wouldn't be a good thing to do st all. Unless it was capped at +5of a stat but still no don't gink it's a good idea.

Even at+1 is a no. You need to achieve the stats on an item not build accessories so you can wear. In my opinion[/quote]
