Dsoma cook skill = able to upgrade armour?

MUSASJI	I have over 102 cook skill, does that mean I have the ability to do my own upgrades (pods)? I'm just double checking as I've had 2/2 fail and don't wanna waste any more items if they're failing because I don't have the skill. GRAVIJA	You need either 100 accessory OR armour OR wep skill. To upgrade. NOT cooking/potion. The only upgrades you can do without skill are: RDT, DT, Clean tablet and TOW.
