Its 20 level's. Used to be thirty if im not mistaken.
To answer your question we have all gone through it - Just cap asap. And if we look back to ESOMA 15 years ago a level 100 could pk a lvl 40 |

its stupid though im constantly bothered every single day by the same people from the same guild. Just gets old coz you revive they keep killing forcing you to use a tp and then they mark the ONLY spawn i can use to lvl forcing me to log off. I dont see why its even lvl based imo. If you have more than 20 min att or ma over there max md or def you shouldnt be able to attack as you arent looking for a fight you just want to attack a sure thing that cant win.
I dont see why people who are so upset with there own lives need to push their misery on others.

All I did was kill your healer once... It's purely for fun nothing else. I've no idea if other people from Mistress are pking you. Also, there's three spawns of shanis in vod. I wouldn't stop you levelling so it's your own choice to log off.

No i revived you proceeded to kill me again but i tped as its obvious you are going to chain kill and SIT at shanis so running back to killed again is pointless.

What other reason to pk is there apart fromt he get drops from players? So of course ill pk you until you warp or drop. But as I've said there is another 2 shanis spawn spots which you can hunt at...

Its not the first time ive shown up and been attacked within 3 mobs. Its like you leave your chars logged off at shanis. Guess youll be on kenthomas next to avoid pk getting switched off.

I don't play kenthomas and haven't seen him online in a while apart from on the feed at gazer boss. Stop moaning jesus, it's a pvp game. There are plenty of mobs to hunt just because I've killed you at one particular area doesn't mean I'll chase you to the next. Grow up or stick your dummy back in!

It's even sillier on dsoma. A level 80 is completely powerless against a level 100 of any class. Hell, even a level 90 is doing min damage or 15-hitting a capped lvl 100. A capped sword user can 5th and hit a level 90 no problem.
I understand why high levels should be allowed to pk, to draw out other capped people etc, or to be obnoxious because thats how they want to play the game, but it's pretty silly when they can 1 shot people. When it comes to that, might as well be no pk level restriction for all the good it does.
