I know this is like a minute complaint to some but why are the guard models now player models with plated armour?
It makes it kind of hard to distinguish normal players from the guards, there was honestly no need to change the models in the first place. Sorry if it seems like kind of an inane pointless rant.

but it's not only that, it's the fact they also look rather dumb. Why are they in attack stance? Why are the placed weirdly? If you're going to really try and attract new players it's the little things even like this I think you're going to need to sort out.

Personally I think you're overreacting and we did this so we can use the guard models later on.
Watch your tone. I think the guard models are acceptable providing they open use of the other unused models in the future. If you think these skins are honestly going to deter new players rather than the gameplay itself you are greatly mistaken. On the plus side if this is the biggest of your worries we're doing something right.
