Lower Tyt versus Lower Merc areas

I think most people that play, when recommending new players where to go once they get past the orc forest, are going to suggest heading to Kobolds, Scale Raptors, Raptors and then Trolls. And I'm one of them, and if I ever create a new char it'll head that direction, if its not tanked anyway.

Trouble is with that, its always left the swamp, stiges and werewolves and even the southern parts of graveyard abandoned.

On Esoma, it was no different.

Though just to make a point of how bad things are, I'm doing my Titus quest to kill 3000 g spiders, and nearly killed a thousand and had no weapons drop, only tagged helms.

Wonder if it would be of benefit to shake up the drop rates and stat XP gains from these mobs in lower TYT to give people more choice.

Anyway, just a thought ^^.

Someone mentioned before but why not mirror stats and hps from other "useful" mobs stats around there, so they make a nice change from the usual paths

yeri like this idea. be nice to change mob stats to same as the relevant ones. so you could hunt diff mobs in diff areas but gain same stats. so like changes trolls in merc to same stats as shanis.

defo like this idea. surely cant be hard to do either. and would make new hunting spots :)
