so the party limit was up to 10 players for 100 charisma, which is a great feature
however the game dosnt make it easy to even get charisma , when you do party up, you all end up so far spread out over the spawn area that you don't get any charisma anyway think the only chars with high charisma are the ones that used to use a healer back in the day when wbm has int and hurt like hell could we possible increase the party range for getting charisma (or increase charisma rate) or possible everyone in the party getting charisma, this way ppl could be more inclined to stay close, as it wouldn't be just the party leader interested in it

Has been suggested before, charisma is too slow to gain (on hsoma) anyway.
