Can we change world shout to a % of stamina rather than having full stamina? It would increase communication between players hunting. For example, players over 100 shouting using ! it takes up 10% of their stamina. There were players the other day having a great time but the conversation was broken up as everyone was hunting and waiting for stam to refill. I think it could only do good things for the game, it reminded me of old Esoma VoD chat.

Agree that full stamina requirement should be removed. Disagree with increasing the cost of shouting.

It's in place to stop people spamming world chat.

If it's removed then some other limiter would need to be in place (e.g wait x seconds to world chat consecutively).

That's not true. Nothing prevents people from using stam recovery items to spam, other than that they would probably have a strike added to their account.

AA3 is right any true spammer would use meat piles anyway. Its not like we have 2k players and any text is immediately swallowed up. I would prefer a flat stam cost like 100 so at best youll get off 10 shouts rather than you need to be full as i cant count the amount of times i want to use a shout but i need to recover 1-1000 stam etc.

Id also love a toggleable rvr world shout filter if its not already in. Im sure dsoma players dont really care for sr shouts and hsoma dont care about these "grim bows" we always see too. Plus you've got similar item names for upgrades which can get confusing unless you are looking at the names and know whos who.
