can the skill cap be raised to 400.1 please? a lot of people having problems re-skilling as the one they want to get rid of seems to be the one that stays, thanks.

Confused...cap seems to be 399.9, so you won't have this problem. Bow at 200, staff at 199.9; if I hit 1 bric with staff it will switch.

It seems some players characters have a cap of 400 weapon skill and others have 399.9 and it's the majority of characters with there cap at 400 having the difficulty of losing there highest weapon skill.

This seriously needs looking at because it is causing players to leave, and we don't want that.

Bug, flaw or whatever you wish to call it its need urgent attention from the GM's.

infact sorry the solution would prob be to change to 399.9 cap, as .1 would do nothing as the skill caps are 200 not 200.1

The skill cap IS 399.9

The problem is it bugs and you get stuck with 200.0 in 2 skills (400.0) which then makes it impossible to lose the skill you want.

400.1 would fix it no? get 200.1 in the one u wanna keep and hit with a new wep meaning 200.0 goes down?

or am i missing something?

if so just raise cap from 399.9 (400.00) to 400.1

Increase weapon skill cap for humans to 1200 then you can max all weapons and have no need to keep changing and skilling everytime a different weapon because the must have thing.

The whole purpose of dsoma was class based but they were allowed a second weapon to 50 skill if I remember, so why not let them have 2 weapons to 200 skill each at least, then at least dsoma mages could acquire say stone aura from the axe to aid them in there battles with the dsoma archers and maybe spice up the wotw

Dunno about letting them having other auras tbh...that would be a bit much with their upped stats.
And a con for 1200 skill cap...would mess up trade game. The easiest way I can get +5 is from trading hand-me-downs. With this, they would be far less willing

Yeah same lupi. Everyone with 5th axe and 5th bow for trace. Also everyone would make a spear and knux for 5th for bosses too. Would defo mess up trade economy ingame.

Something just needs sorting so the people that get stuck at 200/200 can be helped.
