Correct me if I'm wrong . But I always thought depending on tag on neckies that they go up either 0-1 or 1-0 per tag
I.e like a necro Necro Sting Weight : 25 Durability : 850 Req. Int : 180 Magic Attack + 2~12 [Hardened] Necro Sting Weight : 28 Durability : 918 Req. Int : 180 Magic Attack + 2~13 [Rare] Necro Sting Weight : 30 Durability : 1020 Req. Int : 180 Magic Attack + 3~13 Not sure about epic - int - Lego but I would imagine was the same Turning to my just landed Lego from elders [Legendary] Orc Tribe Medallion Weight : 9 Durability : 1173 Req. Str : 56 Attack + 6~12 Has exact same stats as my int otm. Other than abit of Dura what's the point in a Lego otm 🤷🏻♂️ Would have thought being a rarer drop be be abit better than a intense ( as can combine for them )

I always thought that the stats increased on a% basis:
Hardened - ~0-10% better than base stats Rare - ~10-20% Epic - ~20-30% Intense - ~30-40% Legendary - ~40-50% So the OTM base is 4-9, legendary is 50% better min att but max att is only 33% better. The values must round down so 40% better would give you 12.6 but it's rounded down to 12. It's why the weps get the best bonuses from tags as they have higher standard stats so the % increases make more of a difference. It's the same reason a legendary guard am let has the same stats as standard as the stats are so low that the% increase makes little difference.

for the variant items 10~12 theres a range per tag. weops are the most common version of this. hard stats like int agi, str, acc & evas are fixed per tag. which is why some ranges of tags are the same right until intense.
original esoma accessories and mixed stat accessories do not benefit from tag
