so recently i ended up with a little bit of pen after a pk fight, though to myself, il use this pen to hunt some quests, but with how exp and mobs stat works you dont gain any exp if you have caped the mobs str

Could we make it so you can get exp from all mobs wilst in penalty exp in order to open up what u can hunt wilst stuck with some penalty exp

Surly it just opens up what you can burn it on other than the normal mobs u hunt ?

It would still be unrested so slower ?

Yea should be allowed tbh, just like humans go shanis and aoe it down till 0 pen
