i redownloaded the game and cant play

i cant play the game. i dont have any lagg but i got a pixel screen and i cant click okay after i log in the window wont let me. im level 59 im not leaving is there a patch i need or something

Without more info i can only assume your not running the shortcut in 16 bit, right click the shortcut and go ro properties - compatability and change the color from 32 to 16 bit
