Im afraid its commonplace in soma. Did you know there are also bugs in merc Town? Maybe try doing it there and if he consistently follows you, take screenshots and report him to gms
Other than that there isn't much you can do |

Hi, I know the feeling. I constantly had one player find me and kill all bugs and vampires around to stop me healing even when I asked them to stop, even when I was doing con on bugs. Was told to just deal with it.
Decided I'd venture out of town and heal using druids attacking, worked for a bit but then they kept turning up and killing the mobs. I can kind of understand in town for essence / quests if your healing afk. But when you're conning it's a bit out of order, and following you out of town takes the piss. Suggestion above about not using mobs, but rather other chars is the best option if you must heal for int in town.
