"ISYLVER"Unfortunately new moral levels would require ALOT of work. However, what we can do is look at slowing down in different stages. E.g. the deeper deivly ou go the harder it is to get back.

makes it less rewarding to pk, -1

How do moral gains have any correlation to PK'ing?

Moral should be harder to get and holy water's removed. People already have dozens/hundreds stock piled.

IF your 74 and you PK another person with 74 you will lose 20 points the higher the moral the more points you lose if thats what you mean?

Well a direct correlation would be if you pk someone who's not grey/wicked/devil and you're not -74, morale points are lost.

The way it correlates with making PK less rewarding is for engaging in PVP you would then have to spend more time farming morale, instead of doing other productive things and whilst also facing multiple forms of exclusion longer.

Therefore that helps us define the correlation between PK and morale gains.

Edit: I feel like the real problem is losing morale when you PVP with other willing participants.
