This idea is for a map (possible dungeon level 4) due to its decent openness size, giving players the space to regroup etc while in a war.

Have an npc outside that requires the guild leader (possibly extend the ability to all board members of the guild) to enter there guild in a PvP war. Other guilds then need to click on this npc too to enter this war where they have to decide to join a guild’s side or fight alone.

No moral to be lost while in this PvP war and the winning team is rewarded with a boss so for example....

Player A enters guild A

Player B enters guild B

Player C enters guild C and joins guild A

Team guild A and C win and added to the feed and a world shout announcing there win and informed boss x will be spawned in 10 mins to allow the winning team to re gear/pot etc to face there boss.

You could even use it as a Barr sink in that each guild has to pay x amount to enter.
