Sorry but this is madness. Should go in opposite direction. Weps are already too fast! +5 max imo so you either toe or ss. Get rid of combine worst thing ever and get rid of procs. Eva and acc are broken going to 7% as is. Who is anyone going to hit. You saw the state of Eva in the 30 minute battles at ravens events, it came down to who had the most pots. The miscellaneous stuff, sure do it but the already op stuff is just madness.
