I was last in game at lunchtime and see that server went offline shortly after. I had a busy afternoon/evening and expected to be able to log in now. disappointed tbh, but that's the problem when game is being run by a gm who is rarely in game and is obviously unaware that there is a problem. So the question is, how long will we wait???????

Bluehawk this is not a good post GM is on loads and server is normally very stable - not down very often - think you should rethink your post.

I think the main thing we need to remember is that nobody pays to play this game... therefore theoretically we aren’t entitled or owed anything.
I’d love to be on levelling whilst watching the crown on Netflix lol, but it is what it is. |

For all we know the GM could have caught covid and be hospital or have a family member in hospital, its very troubling times for everyone......just take a chill pill and relax and bit. NakedMan

I'm done, have a nice evening :) I agree with blue and i agree with you which imo a third gm would be ideal for situations like this. i dont get as much time to play as i used to for the moment. i only play friday - sunday early evening. Down time happens in all games but usualluy for maintaince and updates. Dan and ifntio has worked extremelyt hard as you can imagine, but i think a third gm with limited powers- turn server on but not off, issue chat ban, activate events but not summon mobs etc..

On a positive note perhaps by the time the server is back up we will all have 100 percent rested or perhaps Finito will gift everyone 100 percent rested as an acknowledgement of server down time.
Either way let us hope that our GMs are healthy and well. Let us also hope for soma to be back on soon.
