You can make bread which is - 3 wheat flour, 1 blue flavour
These are unlimited mats from the various npc shops. You can also make red bean rice cakes, more time consuming but once you have all mats it’s straightforward. Red bean rice cakes are - 1 rice cake, 1 red bean First make rice cakes which is 1 rice, 2 wheat flour ( get the rice from extracting beef jerky gives you 5 rice from each beef jerky ) To get the red beans you can extract either meat piles which gives 4 red beans from each meat piles or extract tannin which gives 6 red beans from each tannin.

That is the npc price but the red bean rice cakes are weight 1 mp lots of players will buy them off you.

If your wanting cook skill quickly will very little loss in Barr then I would stick to making bread, I forget how much I used to sell red bean rice cakes in batches of 5,000 or 10,000 to other players.
