Hi all,
Recently i made a thread regarding Nega tears and the lack thereof when it comes to people that don't want to attend Nega and are not lucky enough to get last hit. From that thread we managed to get a new quest in place with Dan for 3x mystical fragments that drop from both worlds top mobs into a tear, allowing a pathway to double tabs just for grinding mobs. Massive step in the right direct. With that said, we clearly need content for end game, so this thread is for you all to pop in suggestions that are both content related and QoL related, and we can discuss in one place what can be added within the time restraints the GM's currently have with home life / working life and development time for Soma. I will update viable suggestions on this post so it's easy to keep a track of. 1) Events at time 14 and time 20 - 2 new bosses? I would just really like more stuff to do on a Soma day. I made the suggestion of a second nega boss for mages in another thread but could be anything! |

a boss in the arena that doesn't move and takes a while to die would be cool - would have to add the auto spawn thing that huts have to entrances though i guess

Nice ideas nite.
I’d love to see a slightly bigger elder spawn at conti, there’s only four elders at once and if it’s busy you stand round more than you hunt. |

While all these ideas are good, there is nothing that I see would “bring people back”.
My main issue with the game was time invested - outcome unless you are extremely lucky is completely fucked and I think it’s something that has got worse and worse. When I capped 130 on EAC I was the only guy really at raps as only person at the time above 239 str I believe. Everything I got at raps in 5 levels inc quests and boss kills on a few chars plus traded weps/items broke. I don’t think any of it made it beyond +4. I also went to nega 3 times a day while working from home, on mage and warrior sometimes both at the same time. I think I got 3 kills in about 4 months. 1) change anvil to ghost upgrade 2) have repeatable quests based on damage done to bosses. Reward participation/effort 3) valor increase the ways to get this. Add it to dailies and have more quests, even make it tradable. 4) apart from hero items nothing should be character bound. The economy needs stimulation. Look how well boss souls worked out. Even make the tomes tradable. Give serial farmers something they can sell for decent items 5) reset Pos. Make it so pos is only gainable within 10 levels, put some upgrades valor ect into pos shop

Level 5 confuse and slow - 2 second walk on cast (cannot be done through proc) Remove all procs from archers, eg, must be range 1 to proc dispell, slow. Bow is too good at everything, especially on dsoma. Reduce archer range by 1. Rework how dex is earned on dsoma. I think the best thing for pos/gvw would be to end the current "season". People have ridiculously high pos and high gvw wins. Make seasons for these, season 1 from x to present ends. Season 2 begins with everyone back at 0. Set an end date for season 2.

agree with a lot of above except everything being tradeable
imo there should be more untradeable stuff not less - to encourage time invested into a char over people just lending each other gear etc in terms of economy imo barr should be seriously brought into play by adding huge barr sinks - if barr became valueable again it gives every item a secondary value, people will buy stuff they don't need if they see a good deal to sell on for a higher price etc

Allow crafters to disassemble stinger and psycho x bow tier weapons, make the mats returned mag mat tier.
Same for bone and bitter bone armour too. |
