training dummy int conundrum

So a 99 int player hits the dummy with iron fist for 222 damage and a 170 int player hits for 213 damage.

Both naked no gear. Can anyone explain what the actual fuck? Baffled.

been A WHILE since i changed magic class but 99int player has 100 skill +10Ma and 170 int player just switched from black so not full MA skill bonus?
