Medicament tablets giving CON+ instead of WIS+

I've just added 2x medicament tablets to an intense soul shield (6 WISDOM) with the intention of making it 10 Wisdom... but it came out with +4 CON... this is clearly a bug and I'd appreciate this being fixed and the items restored/reverted thanks.

Just to clarify

It's Tablet of Sagacity and Tablet of Medicament that requires the wrong +1 Tablet to make
