Virgin media lag issue - packet loss?

Author Content Date
I'm in the US, and always assumed my lag was due to that. But I guess maybe not looking at this thread. Most of the time it's fine, but when it does lag, it tends to be completely unplayable. This morning was an example of that (about an hour ago). I just logged out.

Surely this isn't a time of high load? So it seems odd.

I think this is back because I'm suffering from the same issue again daily.

If it continues to do so there is a proxy setup to bypass dead sectors, *use at your own risk tho*
make a shortcut to either full or window client and use ip of 2.29.246.195.

what it does is allow you to talk to server through another network to try and bypass the slow/dead nodes between ur own isp and server isp.
