Attack & Hit Rate Spreadsheet

Author Content Date
Here is a spreadsheet of your Character Attack Damage on Mobs;

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1yRsOM8N_PRyCum6LGc04pGFrFysG0tfJJ5JPPVdmJ3g/edit?usp=sharing

(Copy & paste link into your browser)

Instructions:
1) From there, you can see the spread sheet AND/OR click “File”, then “Download” to save a copy onto your computer (I suggest Microsoft Excel so you can use the data in any way you want to).

2) On the FIRST sheet (Character) enter your character stats as you see them (it has been filled in with a test character so you can see how it works)

3) Do not enter figures in the grey shaded cells in the bottom left – these are calculated for you.

4) Assuming you have entered figures correctly, the second sheet named “Mob Attacks” will show you your prowess against mobs including your damage against the mob, your hit rate, total attempts to hit and the time it will take you to kill it (on average)

5) Do not try to sort the order. There are a lot of hidden cells that are required to make the calculations. These will get jumbled up if you try to sort (unless you include all the hidden cells in the sort)

It’s not brilliant but it does work.

Please advise of any errors or omissions.

Thanks,

Jackelpup/Prowler/Asimov

Note: People who are NOT welcome to use this spreadsheet (or others) are;
“File” (Koreanz) – Nonce
“Temereso” (Outlawz) - Cheater

(Or any of their other characters)

I can see this would be useful and answer that age old question what's best BLG or Shanis. But It doesn't seem to be working for me. I copied a new sheet and Entered all stats No place to enter +dex from rings etc so entered then in the columns i and j is this correct? and I have freeze the top 5 rows for ease of use. But the grey boxes bottom left do not change from those that are already there and as such the info is not changing on the mob page.

I have a horrible feeling that, converting to/from Googlesheets / Excel sheets may lose formulae.

Unfortunately, I am not au fait with computers in this area. Perhaps someone "in the know" could comment?
