Would it be possible too put the Auction house back in or is it too much of a hassle?

It is possible but is a bit of a hassle and a first iteration would most likely only allow Barr as the currency for Buying and Selling which might not work great.

It's probably a longer implementation but rather than an auction house maybe a marketplace that people could put a buy now price on. Maybe have an alt gem type list with all the valuable items and someone can select one and then add the amount wanted in exchange.
