He only offers 1,2 3 and 4 (Spear) Master of Spear (VoD) offers to teach you 5th Aura and tells you what skill you need (150) (Yes I have it Lupi) and also asks for two sacred aura spirits. He doesn't ask for cash, stige legs or any of the other things associated with lower auras. When you click "Teach me" it goes off and the NPC disconnects the conversation. I assume this is because I have two fortune pouches and not two sacred aura spirits. The Head of Town offers a repeatable quest to take the three shard thingies and he converts them to sacred aura spirits - you then take these to the 5th NPC of your choice and "Hey Presto", you have 5th anything. This was compounded by the NPC in VoD (Master of Spear) who was willing to talk about 5th Aura. So, it IS Whanking who gives you this spell.
