Server additions


- We think we have fixed the DCs that happen at Guild Village War
- Madef, Medim,Midof,Mudef,Megal,Muher have had there drop rates doubled
- Bone Golems have been given a slightly faster respawn
- Kharil Eyes now sell for more and the quest now rewards more also
- Kharil Lizard also drop barr
