Added a DSoma Conti Portal Scroll to Conti store.

Restricted use of Conti Portal Scroll to owner of Conti Area.

Fixed inwhang taking 100k even when player can no longer gain anymore moral.

Fixed belt slot 0 and 3 removing helmet and armour top disappearing from character
image.

Fixed paralyze/concussion character can still move and permanently stoned.

I think both sides should be able to use conti scrolls at all times for raiding, the extra legwork will reduce the likihood of people bothering!
