Bug Fixes:

Fixed Conti Guards not attacking low moral players when WotW is not in progress.

Fixed /rejectnote. It now works as intended and is no longer case sensitive.

Change:

Can no longer use Guilld Village recall on a player who is paralyzed / concussioned.

Devil Soma Drop Changes

Altered Beast now drops Dread Armor instead of Hardening.

Evolved Beast now drops Supreme Armor and Weapons at an increased rate (rate is same for all weapons).

Karil Lizard increased weapon drop rate.

Conti WBM weapon drop rate increased

HWan WBM Removed close helm and supreme boots and increased money drop to match Conti WBM.
