"OPENTHEDOOR""CYROX" It was starting to get good, they were enjoying it, we weere enjoying it...people were logging on...then pk gets turned off. I don't even see the need to turn it off during events. People know there's no pk allowed, so why turn it off?

He hit someone about three times then stopped as he realised he wasn't allowed.
That's not a reason to turn it off, it's completely unnecessary. Besides, if people choose to do it, ban them. It's back on now anyway, cheers. |

I turn it off as then people are unable to break the rule.
Every time an event is run where I don't turn it off, someone pks. Same happens if I leave an event mid way and turn it back on, people pk again. So previous experiences show it is necessary. |

Can something be done about the recent change in Player killings.
The Asians are being grieffed again of the server. For Items. They play on slow connections and do not understand the 10 death rule. Will just carry on loosing items and thats another small amount of population decreased thanks to DL/EQ/FT/Dynamic + the other 10 guilds in dl. Maybe make items impossible to drop.

The past 2 days have been some of the most fun/excitiing times on soma as clearly seen by the rapid rise in usercount. Think we may need to start recording every second of soma as the blatent BS posted here is unreal. Edit, Better turn pk mode off though heard the login server couldnt handle the influx of ppl logging on so least that problem got solved by making every1 log off (:
