Seems pointless partying ??

Would be good if we could maybe bring the faster leveling when in party's back?

You get to see everyone's health and can look after everyone in your party by healing, On another note, what does char do for ya?

I think cha should be linked to rested exp, the more cha faster rested recover?

If CHA is made into an important stat, which with your suggestion Basil it would become a very desirable stat then it will cause problems ingame whereby everyone wants to be the party leader :/

I CHA is changd to be more important then there should be other ways to gain it rather than just leading a party.

Maybe all partie members could gain cha upon kills throw out the group?

Shared con?? But party leader would gain more.
