By time your reaching the end of tarks bonus your hitting the str slow, so it doesnt matter so long as your not at tarks past 100str,
With the system on this server even if you were 20str lower than same class/ level char, your stats balance out during wbm stage. ( hitting wbm str slows at lower levels etc)
