Can anyone clear this up for me. Once you hit hogs at 195str because you don't get any of the bonuses anymore do you get the same rates as hunting apai even though they have more str.
Is it a case of hunting wich ever you want depending on what drops you want ect. I appreciate I could have this very wrong so I've just been hitting apai in free mode. Can anyone clear this up please. Thanks

You'll gain the same rate of stats at both monsters, you'll stop gaining str at hogs at 231str, where you'll go onto apai.
The question is would you gain more str as apai have higher str at 190str? |

As lotso says, at 231 you have to move onto apai
There's no bonus rates from both of those so no benafit from going earlyer to a harder mob |

The drop rate on apai are terrible, the problem is they have really high hp.
Having apai drop small Ruby's and eggs would be great: |

So I'll get same stats whatever I hunt. So it's just personal preference really. If I fancy a change I can go apai no worries

DEIMOS |
Does the fact that they are higher strength make no difference at all then? I always assumed (probably wrongly) the fact that they were higher would give better gains anyway?

The bonus your referring to Deimos stop after wbm basically.

I think this where the confusion starts.
Yes the rate of gaining str is x1 on both monsters but is the str you gain any different? Surly a monster with higher str will give you more str? I think it's confusing but it might be you gain the same str on both monsters.

Put both my characters through both these mobs. They have no bonus, same gain on both mobs. Apai exist because the hog cap is 231 which is why apai start at 231.

"KEKKET"Any 1 tryed gaining stats on hogs beyond 231 str as i prefer hunting them instead of apai Don't think you can gain any stats past +31 of a mobs str/int. However I think apai are uncapped. |

I'm 99.99% sure you cannot go past 31 on hogs.
