Yes chinese players are treated the same. However, insulting a GM will result in a ban.

Can not figure out, we be killed, do you have to warn EQ and DY guild of players? Or go to seal their account? Now we kill them, is what you call going to maintain the gaming environment,

There is a subtle difference to killing and using low level characters to follow players from monster to monster just to cast slow and blind continuously without any detriment to that character.

You will not be banned for killing EQ and DY.
