他说 MVP_langzi 骚扰别人练级？那他们那些大号杀MVP_langzi号，又算什么？是不是他们要永久性去封账号处理？

我认为MVP_langzi用于跟踪DY全能比赛的球员，他们永远持续缓慢或盲目去投。这是不同的杀戮，是不能接受的。DY和EQ都没有这样做。GM不只是一个人善待。

i could be reading it wrong? By all means ban individual IP addresses but not a straight geographical ban right?

Just don't want a damaged UC. But by all means ban the idiots who are doing all the insulting etc.

cheers thought i must of been reading it wrong... Monday mornings.

Quite a few chinese have been banned, hence the "whole of china is banned" thread. It is because the culprit IP had been used on several of the accounts.
