Just a quick query for ISylver or Finito regarding stat gain at lvl cap. In a previous thread ISylver stated that chars at cap will gain int and con, however in a more recent thread Ghostlord stated this was a bug that has been fixed.
Now, I have the utmost respect for Gl and his tireless input and effort with the Soma community but I have noticed sometimes he gets details a little muddled. I know I will find out when (and if) I get to cap but I hate being unsure about things, so can I ask for a definitive answer to this please. Regards Juice

We intend on fixing it so you cant gain any stats at level cap.

It's currently set at 100. But there is no reason to think his won't be raised in the future.
