Your sword, you can punch for int but the new stats system will undo any time you have invested in punching

stay at mobs for as long as you possible can, i think you can do Evolved beast till 160str, i wouldnt worry about stats you are gaining cause once the patch comes into play you can rework your stats to suit.
wouldnt bother looking at WBM to hunt till after patch.
