On the old eSoma it was possible to achieve 100% evasion. I think, a condition was that at least one equipped item must state "evasion" ....
On this server, that has been nerfed and 100% is not possible. Firstly, there is some debate as to exactly how much evasion can be achieved .... it would be very interesting to know what that figure is? is it 99%? With regards to "accuracy" .... does the same "nerf" apply? Specifically, can you attain 100% accuracy against a mob? Do you need to have an item equipped that states "accuracy" or will sufficient attack dex be enough? 8) Jac

you can achieve 99% acc and eva
rumour has it you can only get 80% with dex alone need something like 30% acc or eva in items with eva% or acc% or dodge dont know exact amounts but that is roughly what you need |
