Just my thoughts but won't having gvw twice a week void the %loss each time owned? Using dl as example, eventually they would be low enough to lose gv (or not turn up at all much like races don't to wotw when % low) but they would only have to wait three days to be back at full strength and win again? Would still own 95% of the time
