Awesome patch guys, really good stuff :)

Rates increased from x2 to x4 relative to esoma - Does that mean crafting skill rate has been increased also??

So are the levelling rates increased across the board? Or just unrested?

I'd take it to mean un-rested as 4x esoma rate, rested as x2 of that (or 8x esoma) rate.
