Yeah they spam stone on you much more often now; faster to die and run back than hoping for it to wear off.

In all fairness (dsoma only) just get to 33 bow skill keep it out till your range one on the mags then switch, you still do a nice amount of dps with a bow so even if you do get stoned your not completely fucked

The rate has not been changed (current rate is roughly 3/100 attacks would be stone, lowest we can make it with current setup is 1/100) and can't change the distance without breaking other attacks.

More like 3/10 when at range 2 or higher. I think it's because they do less ranged magic attacks now, which has resulted in the relative rate of the stone to drastically increase when at range.

Edit: Server has been updated and the problem is now fixed.
Yeah my bad, I forgot I added that in for when they not in melee range that they will use a magic attack. It was added in as a quick fix for mobs like Cyclope where they have a melee and magic attack and wanted them to use magic when character they attacking is out of melee range instead of just standing there. Magma Beast and maybe others might need this overriding so they maintain separate melee and magic and move to target instead of using a ranged attack. Ideally I need a way to be able to define separate logic for when within and not within normal attack range. I will hack in a quick fix where it will always select the highest rate magic attack when it selects melee attack and not in range.
