FINITO [Staff]	That is a mistake in the patch notes. The rate given by rested (level exp, stats etc) has been increased for level 1 to 90. BALLER	Hunan if you mean blue as in rested you only gain rested from being in town, logging off in town and coming back hours later will give you blue.
