If I have 100% rested, do I earn xp/stats/skill faster than if I had 10% rested?

Think you either have it or you don't bud - no speed differences.

I'd quite like it if I gained rested while farming, like similar to leveling up except it's rested going up.
maybe if it could be gained in /freemode it would give that a use.
