Minos on conti were nerfed a long time ago. I've had 1 from IC KL and 1 from Hwan Hogs in 100 levels. Am afraid combining only made the shortage worse and made rare's non existent. I got my first epic at lvl 92. My first epic drop was after this patch at hogs. KL in IC are the best chance... but you have to be very fortunate. Drop lists were messed up and are still messed up - no one can convince me otherwise I've hunted them and untags hog all drop files. Also though - Lets think about this - Who picks up untags now? I propose you make untag weapons usable, give them the ability to have good varied stats but make them 'uncombinable' as they currently are. You either do this or remove them I'd say.[/quote]
