Anyone has details bout the int slowdowns after 95 at nm and what they are like?

It does slow significantly, but I did a few levels of strength so that when I went back to it it wouldn't be so bad on percent. This was before patch however, so when I returned to do it post-patch, it really wasn't bad at all. Maybe 3% at level 77 -pretty rapid to be honest

the slow down starts at when you have 90 int, it slows significantly but you'll notice that the amount of % per .1 will reduce by .10-0.20 every level so it's not that bad of a slowdown

i mean at 95 int there is the last slowdown that is like x2 % needed
for str there were slowdowns from the mob you hunt and the str intervals .... like 131 and 151 (and some others) when you hunt blg are the int slowdowns after 95 the same and what is the next one after 95 ...
