item Chest NPC for low levels

MATTY	Just an idea, but like everyone in game i shit load of drops that i have no use for but a lower level would use. Just an idea but an NPC in Tyt, That any char can deposit items into it. For other players to take out for free. I think there woud be a bell of a lot of items but its just an idea, and maybe someway for them to be worthless barr wise selling to npc once taken out? Just an idea i think would help a lot of people struggling to get the lower lvl weapons and armour to lvl with.
