that mean if i just lvl no matter where or wot mobs just gain % so it will be ok ?
will have same points at lvl 100

On dsoma yes, just level on whatever is best %

I think finito said he should be able to make it so you can't gain experience against mobs you have a certain amount of levels over.

is this live now?

Yes, if u can't gain any str from a mob due to it being to lower u won't get any exp
