- Don't insult or harass the Gamemasters (iSylver and Finito) nor the Advisor (Ghostlord).
- If you do want to vent some anger please take to your advisors - preferably ask them in advance if it's ok. - Don't level without being at your computer - Don't harass other players, this entails; - Stopping someone from hunting through; grieffing, debuffing (slow/blind), luring mobs or otherwise. - Don't excessively insult another player - Don't be racist - a country full of people can never be blamed for the actions of a minority. People are people. - Report bugs as soon as possible after finding one. Do not exploit bugs. - iSylver is in charge of the bans - it is the advisors jobs to keep an eye out too and try to calm the community through warnings. If that isn't enough further action will be taken. You may ask for an explenation of your individual case as long as this is done in a respectful matter - Be respectful to other players - even if they PK! - Devils are devils and humans are humans - they do not work together, they fight! I've started writing these rules just today and I don't want them to stop players from playing the game how they want. This means we'll most likely end up with a few base rules which will always be governed on an individual basis. Please let us know your thoughts and ideas. :)

These look pretty good to me!
"Stopping someone from hunting through; grieffing, debuffing (slow/blind), luring mobs or otherwise." The word "repeatedly" should probably be in there somewhere for clarity. "Don't excessively insult another player" I think we should remove the word excessively. This seems to imply that insulting people is okay, as long as you don't do it too much, which sends the wrong message. When this is enforced, it should probably only be a warning first unless it is "excessive", but that's more a matter of enforcement than the rule itself.

The reason I put excessively is because you can basically insult someone but still be 'friendly'.For instance 'You're character is very weak' is technically an insult but shouldn't be against the rules. Excessively would mean repeatably and / or serious (ie insulting someone's family).

"GHOSTLORD" No grieffing :O, does this mean a removal of resi scrolls and increased stat loss on death? Not trying to be an arse, but the stat loss from being pked is kind of low, and if the person carries resi scrolls the risk of stat loss is removed. on the racist bit... Although I agree with what's said, I think its a little harsh to call people racist for popping up with "ban Chinese" due to the language barrier, although I can copy paste guild names, it doesn't appear as hanzi (think that's the right word..), nor can I type hanzi, so I'm assuming people just skip it and put Chinese. I doubt people are being intentionally racist, if they are being racist id seem to think we'd see more racial slurs in game, and a few bans for them

No grieffing :O, does this mean a removal of resi scrolls and increased stat loss on death?

Anyone who has used the word chinky or chinkz on the forum or on game has been racist and crossed the line. On the racist line there should been one warning then permanent ban. In this day and age racism has no place anywhere.

There are some things that really bother me and that is individuals who are racist and those who make threats in real life. There is no place for it. You're right, no warnings.
There are some things that really bother me and that is individuals who are racist and those who make threats in real life. There is no place for it. If any individual finds it hard not to be racist after a warning I pity them, they should not even need a warning.[/quote]

IE a person going on the forum actually going out of his way to insult the whole of a country and saying they are xxx because of it could get a direct ban whereas a single remark could do with a warning.
