Hi all,
Inspire by Jackelpup's previous threads, I thought it might be useful for people to know just how certain mobs compare for stats at varying str/dex interevals so I did a small sample. This was all done with knuckle at level 69 with 100 str/84 dex, epic rap knuck. All stats are accurate to within ~0.1%. I will brack the str bonus I should have against the mob (i.e 0 / +10str / +30str / -10str) Warban (-10) - 5% Palus (0) - 5% Devilfish (+10) - 4.1% Xenomorph (+10) - 4.1% Cyclone Shanis (+10) - 4.1% Beast Lord Guardian (+30) - 3.6% I will update with Hoarde shanis tomorrow, although judging by the rest of the stats and the brackets I fall into, I expect it to be 3.6%, let's see. Some notes: *Props to those who hunt +30/+50 mobs as stats were slooooow. *Xenos were awesome when I could find any. They were mega fast and don't hurt much, would be great if they had a good spawn. *Interesting that there seems to be a range whereby if you are within +/-10str of the mob, stats stay at the same %. I found this the case with wraith / BGs and DW when I have previously tested. I will do this again at a later interval (Thinking 95dex / 110str)
Str:

>= 30 x1.4 and x1.7
>=10 x1.2 and x1.5
>= -10 x1.0
>= -15 x0.8
>= -30 x0.5
<= -31 x0.0 (Cap)

>= 5 x1.2 and x1.5
>= -10 x1.0
>= -20 x0.8
>= -30 x0.5
<= -31 x0.0 (Cap)
Without the rate changes it will just be (happens currently on new mobs for devil soma)
>= -30 x1.0
<= -31 x0.0 (Cap) (Cannot cap highest mobs on devil soma though)
We cannot undo what the stat rate change has done to character stats which is annoying because cannot fix level 1-100. Might have to add level restriction to new monsters because existing characters could have used them to get stats at better rate.
